Delivery
When will I get my order?
It takes 4-8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows for prints: USA, Canada, Australia: 5-10 business days International: 10-21 business days.
Customs and Taxes
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees. These fees are determined and assessed by your local customs office and are out of our control. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any potential duties or taxes that may apply to your purchase.
Order Tracking and Delivery
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
If your package has not yet arrived, please take the following steps before contacting us:
* Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
* Contact your local post office to inquire if they have your package.
* Check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.
Consider using an alternate delivery address if you know you will not be home to receive your package.
If your shipping address was correct and the package was not delivered to your post office or neighbors, please, contact us at support@neom.nu with your order number.

If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund for fraud prevention. We recommend reaching out to the carrier for more information and hear if there are any additional details the delivery person could have left, such as the location of the package.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please, let us know by contacting us at support@neom.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue quickly, please, contact us at support@neom.com within one weeks of the receipt, with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will respond to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
