Prints:
As all of our art is printed on demand, we regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at support@neom.nu, and we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Refunds:
Refunds are only offered for customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at refund@neom.nu with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will process a refund for you.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and check with your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@neom.nu.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, to assist you in finding the best fit, we have detailed sizing charts for every item listed in our store in the product description section. If you receive a mislabeled item, please contact us at support@neom.nu within a week of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
